  4. Teamwork—Because we value teamwork and the synergy it produces, we will choose to work together, developing teams of people who do the work of ministry.
  5. Excellence—Because we value excellence, we will strive to develop ministries that are well-executed and facilities that are well-maintained. Ongoing evaluation will contribute to our commitment to excellence.
  6. Culture—Because we value culture, we will celebrate and embrace the cultural expressions of our community that do not conflict with the Bible.

We Believe

  1. We believe that the Bible is inspired by God and declares His design and plan for mankind.
  2. We believe that there is one true God revealed as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (commonly known as the Trinity).
  3. We believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. As God's son, Jesus was both human and divine.
  4. We believe that mankind willingly fell into sin, which led to physical and spiritual death.
  5. We believe that every person can have restored fellowship with God through "salvation," accepting Christ's offer of forgiveness for sin.
  6. We believe and practice two ordinances: water baptism and holy communion.
  7. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as promised by Jesus and as experienced by the early church.
  8. We believe that the initial physical evidence of the baptism of the Holy Spirit is speaking in other tongues.
  9. We believe in the sanctification of the believer as a progressive work of the Holy Spirit.
  10. We believe in the Church and its mission on the earth.
  11. We believe that all believers all called and gifted by the Spirit to minister to others, and that God gives leaders the responsibility of training others for ministry.
  12. We believe in divine healing.
  13. We believe in the resurrection of the dead in Christ and the rapture of the church.
  14. We believe in the millennial reign of Christ.
  15. We believe in the final judgment.
  16. We believe in the promise of the new heavens and new earth.
